  • Rates are subject to availability and fluctuations 
  • Rates are per night on per house as indicated 
  • We are applying the concept of 'FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE'. 
  • Minimum Deposit for booking which is RM100. 
  • Payment for reservation can be made via online transfer or cash deposit. 
  • Please note that your booking confirmation is updated via sms/whatsapp. 
  • Payment for accommodation shall be made "CASH" once you check-in. Your deposit will be returned once you check-out from the homestay.  Please note that the deposit will be returned if there is no damage on the furniture/etc in the homestay . 
  • Cancellation of the reservation shall be made 1 week before the check-in date.
